Not my cup of tea

Nothing much. Had a fairly okay location, and the staff was helpful, when I needed it.

I had originally booked 5 days of stay, but I checked out after 1. The pictures of the rooms and what you "get" is not the same. It was also dirty and the second room which I changed to smelled of cigarettes and I found ashed on the bathroom. The aircondition was also not working in my room.

Very bad, very different from the experience I had five years ago

The location is very convenient

There is a shortage of electrical equipment, but its website says it is available. The service attitude of the counter staff is quite poor.

What was the highlight of Hotel 25 Seomyeon

Very good

Really spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a huge bath! Although it was essentially a motel (rather than a hotel) it was fine for a solo traveller and was tastefully decorated. Great central location and just a one minute walk to the subway. If you want the comfort of a hotel but are on a budget this is a great place to stay!

This felt half like a motel/half like a hotel. Room was nice and really good value for money but lacking the level of service you would expect from a hotel e.g. my room was not cleaned/replenished one of the days, breakfast was a pot noodle handed out from reception, no staff available when checking out etc

Poor

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned, nor we had new towels until we went to complain about it. Then the reception lady told us that we have to tell them to have our room cleaned (I travel a looot, and I never heard such a thing in this kind of hotel). The room didn't match the description.

Fine

NIce and big room with a very large (2 person) bath. very room and clean enough. For the price it was the best deal in Busan that day.

The finish on some things in the room could've been better. The breakfast was good, but very hard too find. Same goes for the entrence.

It’s very convenient and close to the subway. Very clean and the decorations are very pretty.

The receptionist said that since it’s the weekend I have to check in at 7pm which is kinda ridiculous imo cause I pay for it.

You should stay here!!

I like everything about our stay in Hotel 21! It was near Seomyeon commercial place -which makes it more convenient. Transportation going in and out of our itinerary is extremely convenient too! Our meet up locations are just one station away- you can even walk if you like to! We always look forward to our breakfast as the waffles here are the bomb! If you are keen on the cleanliness of the comfort rooms, I assure you this hotel is the place to be! It’s so large compared to other hotels I’ve been to! The room is squeaky clean as well! 5 stars for this hotel as this completed my whole Busan experience.

We got a room without windows. Nonetheless, everything is perfect!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and wish to stay here whenever I come back to Busan.

I like the waffles that served during breakfast. It was crispy and yummy. The location of the hotel is near to seomyeom that requires you about 5 to 10 mins walk or by train for 6 mins.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Staff kept giving us 1 towel for my room despite Everyday heading down to let them know that there are 2 guests staying in the room. Overall experience was good as staff tried to understand my requests through translation using the computer.

Good location & courteous staff!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and very nicely designed. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the subway + 10 mins walk from a busy market area.

The breakfast at the hotel was very basic i.e. cereal and milk or waffles. While it was quite nice, my expectation was a bit more.
